I started my Spring Cleaning 2wks ago. Started with the two toilets which left me aching for 2 days :). And today, kel and me decided to start our mini series part II. He is in charge of the study room and me the store rm. Time to clear out all the baby clothing and toys since they are moving out of their toddlers age and time to make place for new books and clothing for the new year.
While the kids are in their lala land, we worked hand in hand and get our chores done in 2hrs time :) Very satisfied and pretty proud of ourselves. My next project will be .. wardrobe!

MIA
Have been missing in action for quite sometime. Well, 90% is pure laziness(no doubt abt) and 10% is ...well, getting bored blogging! :)
School is out and we are slipping into our non scheduled life. Late nites, late mornings and no more wkend studying!!! (Whooopee!!) And surprising I sound more excited than Juz. Well, come Dec, we hv to go back to some studying, else it is kinda of difficult to get him back to track if we let him loose too much.
As for Juz's holidays schedule, we hv line up interesting workshops and "camps" for him. No academic ones, more for him to hv fun and keep him occupied.
As for the family, we will be hving a short getaway with our extended family later Dec. Well, that is all for the time being before this entry became a 3 pages short story. *LOL*

Results are Out
Justin's exams results are out. How did he fare? Well, we can use his school slogan/logo to describe the results.. "The Best is Yet To Be". Now I can understand why people can come out with phrases like there is still room for improvements, it could better and you can do better.
Of course, I am still thankful that he passed all his papers and hope his overall grades can be hanging ard Band 1. But one thing for sure, he needs a lot of 'enrichment' this holiday!!!

Mycoplasma
I hv been hving recurring fever for the past 2 months. To be on the safe side, I went to Kel's coy dr wanting to get a blood test to find the root cause. Well, after 15mins of chatting, Dr Justina diagnose that a bacteria/virus call mycoplasma is dwelling inside me which will give me occasion sore throat, cough, body aches and worst...FEVER!!
She recommended Klacid (an antibiotics) to be taken first and assess the situation at the end of Nov. Was given 2 days MC to rest at home (i think from my face can tell I am really sick..'of work') hehehe.. So, I hv decided to declare a day off tomorrow. Anyway, I think I have almost fully 'clear' all my MC for the yr in just 2 months! Well, like what my mum say.. it is good to start a new year free of pain/illness and leave them all in 2009. (Hopefully!)
So, rest will be what I am doing tomorrow..:)

Kerin was busy chopping yday. Ask her what is she doing? She say she is chopping the pizza to feed her baby cos it is dinner time. *LOL*
After dinner, she took off the baby's clothes and bathed her before putting her on the sofa beside me to watch TV.
Ask her whether she wants a REAL baby brother or sister? She say no, not fun to hv? Funny gal wor..
This is her wif her baby eating dinner...

Interesting article
Came across this very interesting SOS letter in Reader's Digest which is so close to my heart that I simply have to share it.
Dear Aunty,
Our office is a cube farm. Private offices are for directors only. My manager sits right behind me and is exceptionally LOUD, especially when he's on the phone. How do you "complain to the boss" about the boss?

Dear Bee,
Telling your boss he's bugging you is like swatting a hornet's nest with a baseball bat. Unless his behaviour is unethical or illegal, I'am afraid you're stuck with Mr Buzz. Try earplugs, cram in important phone calls during his lunch hours, and always do whatever you can to help your boss get promoted - in this case to a higher private office.
I remember suggestions from people who have similar problem in the work place with CO-WORKERS who disrupt the peace with their overly dramatic conversations, here's what else you can do :

I remember suggestions from people who have similar problem in the work place with CO-WORKERS who disrupt the peace with their overly dramatic conversations, here's what else you can do :
- Play a radio softly
- Use earphones with a CD player
- Post a sign : Quiet Please - You are entering a Hospitable/library Zone
- White noise helps - try a fan
- Eat when he eats, moan when he moans, talk louder than he does.
Sad to say, some of my colleagues and I are in this kind of environment everyday and we constantly have to pray for a quieter moment so that we could complete our tasks on time too.
All of us faced issues/problems in our daily work life and by broadcasting them ain't going to help much too. Again, these people will defend themselves by claiming that these are their "Normal" talking volume or tone. I view it as a lame excuse and a reflection of their poor upbringing. (Hope these people don't do it at home too!)
