Janitor Day

Juz school is having a Janitor Day today and the kids are supposed to bring fruits for all those uncles and aunties who helped to keep the school clean. Mind you, only fruits are allowed, no sweets or chocolates or any other stuff. And they are assigned to 1 particular fruit each person. Little master is task to bring strawberries!! Hmmm.. they are not in season now and very lucky at the eleventh hour, we manged to find them in ShopNSave...**Phew**

Anyway, I think it is very nice of the school to organise such days to remind the kids that we should learn to appreciate little things other people do for us and not look down on people who helped to clean our toilets, our tables and sweep our neighbourhood everyday. A little Thank You + a smile is effortless for most of us but it could make the other person's day brighter!
